ZZone Coach: Job Description

As you all know, we have split the county into five zones/districts and now we require a Zone coach for each one.

1 They must have level two or three with experience.

2 They must make themselves known to and be aware of all coaches in their zone.

3 They must be prepared to work outside their own zone i.e., coaching/assessing other coaches

4 they must satisfy themselves that their coaches are coaching to the required standard and from the same syllabus.

5 Be prepared to organise seminars/courses for their coaches as and when required.

6 Be prepared to organise seminars/courses for their juniors, particularly with other zones.

7 Encourage their coaches to participate with other zones (You never know when you will need help)

8 Establish good working relationships with all your zone clubs management.

9 The zone coach will be answerable to the committee.

10 Any problems are to be passed on to the county co-ordinator A.S.A.P.

11 Be prepared to attend committee meetings when required i.e. discussing zones
